It is about exploring the goddess as an inner force, the part of you that thinks, desires, creates, protects, nurtures, destroys, loves & chooses. We work with mythological & folkloric stories that already live in our cultural memory. Stories you have heard growing up, are retold here as mirrors of your inner world. Each participant relates to these stories differently, based on their lived experiences. There is no “right” interpretation, only what the story awakens within you.

A foundational journey through goddess stories that help you understand different parts of your own psyche & personality. This is Beginners friendly.
What you will explore
• Explore six familiar goddess stories ie. Parvati, Durga, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Kali & Tripura Sundari.
• Understand how each goddess reflects a different part of who you are, your ability to nurture, create, receive, desire, protect, express & transform.
• Identify which parts of you feel natural & empowered & which parts feel blocked, suppressed or underdeveloped.
