A journey through stories, archetypes & embodied wisdom. This workshop is not about religion, worship or learning scriptures. It is about exploring the goddess as an inner force, the part of you that thinks, desires, creates, protects, nurtures, destroys, loves & chooses. We work with mythological & folkloric stories that already live in our cultural memory. Stories you’ve heard growing up, are retold here as mirrors of your inner world. Each participant relates to these stories differently, based on their lived experiences. There is no “right” interpretation, only what the story awakens within you.
This path works with goddess archetypes most women already feel connected to, even unconsciously. Each of the first six sessions explores one goddess archetype: Parvati, Durga, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Kali & Tripura Sundari.
Throughout the first 6 classes, we focus on one goddess at atime. We look at how her story shows up in everyday life, where her energy flows freely in you, where it feels blocked, suppressed or distorted / wounded.
The 7th Class is a deep integration practice, a guided meditation & creative visualisation that helps you feel how these six goddess energies live & move through your body. This shifts understanding from the mind to embodiment.

The Nav-Durga immersion is a powerful, eighteen-session journey designed for those who seek to bridge ancient myth with modern living. While many encounter the concept of the "Nine Goddesses" during traditional festivals, this course invites you to move beyond the surface and walk alongside these archetypes as living mirrors of your own psyche. Over nine weeks, we dedicate two sessions to each goddess: the first is a deep dive into her mythic storytelling and symbolic teachings, while the second is an interactive space for Q&A and embodied practice. This dual approach ensures that the wisdom isn't just understood intellectually but is integrated into your daily rhythm through creative tools, healing rituals, and practical techniques.
Nav-Durga represents the nine distinct "shades" or evolutions of the Great Mother, tracing a path from the initial spark of willpower to the ultimate realization of cosmic wisdom. Whether it is the grounded strength of Shailaputri or the fierce, transformative heat of Kalaratri, each archetype offers a specific medicine for the challenges we face today, from setting boundaries & reclaiming voice to navigating grief and celebrating joy. This path is for the seeker who craves continuity & depth, offering a supportive container to express, heal & ultimately embody the vast spectrum of goddess energy in a way that feels gritty, honest & deeply personal.

Since many people are not familiar with Nav-Durga Archetypes,
here's a tiny Introduction to them:
Shailaputri: The "Grounding". She is the stubborn, unshakeable part of you that finally decides to plant your feet and stay.
Brahmacharini: The "Hustle". She is the quiet, solo walk toward a big dream, reminding you that consistency is its own kind of magic.
Chandraghanta: The "Boundary". She is the internal alarm that rings when your peace is threatened, keeping you sharp but composed.
Kushmanda: The "Spark". She is the first creative "Yes" that comes from a smile, proving that you can build an entire world out of a good mood.
Skandamata: The "Protector". She is the fierce multi-tasker who handles the chaos of life while keeping the most precious parts of her heart safe.
Katyayani: The "Warrior". She is the righteous anger that gets things done, the energy that stops talking and starts acting.
Kalaratri: The "Truth". She is the dark, messy, and necessary midnight where you stop pretending and finally face what needs to change.
Mahagauri: The "Reset". She is the deep breath after a long storm, the moment you realize you can always start over with a clean slate.
Siddhidhatri: The "Whole". She is the click of the final puzzle piece, the realization that everything you were searching for was already inside you.
"I really enjoyed the Goddess Within sessions... I loved that we honored the feminine energy deeply and the sessions flowed in a way that I took a good one year to complete them. Each Goddess and her energy resonated with my own energy/the energy that my life was taking. I loved how there were very tangible takeaways from each of their life stories and strategies to truly embody that energy. I loved the reflection questions as well that helped me unblock any barricades to that energy flow. I would highly recommend it to anyone willing to enter the basics of feminine spirituality and to overcome the conditioned patterns of guilt and shame that have been forced upon the feminine".
Divya Satish from Chennai, who signed up for the group sessions during Navratri 2025,
shared her experience on the wonderful occasion of International Women's day 2026:
"Dearest Shweta, with deep gratitude, I want to acknowledge the the sacred space you held through the Goddess workshop during the auspicious Navratri season !!!Through your guidance, I was able to truly embody the energies of the divine archetypes — the many sacred expressions of Shakti that live within each one of us. It gradually became deeply evident that we all carry these archetypes within our being — at times the fierce Kali, at times the fearless warrior Durga, who lovingly steps into our lives to help us confront and dissolve the inner battles we carry. The workshop beautifully evoked the sublime essence and erotic beauty of the three worlds SringaraRasa — the grace of LalitaMaha TripuraSundariPara Bhattarika herself. I was reminded of the sacred continuum of her manifestations — from Kamakshee of the Kamakoti Peeta in Kancheepuram, arising from the navel of divine desire, to Maa Kamakhya in the Nilachal Parvata, the womb of creation. Having had the immense grace and fortune of visiting both of these Mahakshetras, I could deeply feel that she is indeed One energy — playfully expressing herself through these sacred forms. Your Goddess Integration session brought all these experiences into a single, powerful truth — the realization of Aham Brahmasmi. Thank you for holding such a sacred space for this remembrance and embodiment. More power to you on this auspicious Women’s Day — though the feminine radiance you awaken shines beyond all odds, every single day. With love, reverence, & gratitude."
