I taught these group workshops live for two years straight. Over time, while the content evolved as I did, my interest in the repetitive nature of live teaching began to dip. Yet, I couldn't let them go! These workshops were just too damn impactful to let them fade away.
That’s when the idea of recording them showed up. I loved how it felt in my body: the thought of women signing up anytime, watching (and re-watching) at their own pace. It felt like an invitation to gently approach a topic and let it unfold truthfully. You can take notes slowly, draw, paint, or spend weeks wondering about a single concept. You can try the practices as you need them, perhaps inviting a friend over to discuss what’s surfacing.
A Note on Access: While I initially offered monthly access, I’ve shifted this to be even more spacious. You can now sign up anytime throughout the year, and your access will remain open until December 31st of that year.
Recordings feel like a way of exploring, experimenting, and experiencing life, rather than rigidly showing up at a specific time and watching the teachings fade as soon as the online class ends. It’s about creating a space for slow, deep integration.
Choosing recorded workshops was also a logical move for my own path. I wanted to give my goal of clearing the UPSC a fair chance, which required dedicated study time. I also knew that once I cleared the exams, I wouldn't be able to lead Savetheunity as actively as I do now.
Now that UPSC is out of the picture, my energy has shifted again! I am officially open to hosting live group workshops once more, provided you have a group of at least five women.
