The Story Behind #BleedingWomen is actually my journey from Rage to Reclamation! I started this work because I was angry. I randomly came across with this Interview of a women's hormones expert Alisa Vitti, on Youtube & it blew my mind & it made me explore more about the menstrual cycle! ALL OF IT made me feel so much RAGEEEE. I was angry that I grew up in a world that taught me to hide my period, shame my moods & apologize for my fatigue. Like many of you, I was never taught the basics of my menstrual cycle in school (beyond the education about how to wear a pad & how periods is the sign that I am not pregnant. bas full stop. What a joke! We are expected to perform on a 24-hour cycle designed for men, while our bodies operate on a powerful 28-day rhythm. For years, I felt like I was fighting my own skin just to keep up. BleedingWomen was birthed out of a necessity to stop that fight. I realized that our cycles aren't a "problem" to be fixed, they are a biological intelligence that the world has tried to suppress.
The Foundation: The Science (Part 1) is the result of that initial rage. It is the manual we should have been given at puberty. It’s the essential, practical science of how our hormones, food, movement & productivity actually work. I built this so that no woman has to feel like a stranger in her own body ever again.
The Evolution: The Spirit (Part 2 is my most fav one) because as I grounded myself in the science, something shifted. I began to sense a deeper power rising, something energetic, ancient & undeniable. Part 2 was a later addition to this work, born from my own journey, personal experiments, observations & rituals. Once the body feels safe & understood, we can finally explore the spiritual archetypes, lunar rhythms & the raw creative power that awakens when we stop ignoring our bleed.

Part 1: SCIENTIFIC side of your Menstrual cycle
This is a 6-Class Foundation Module. Before exploring the spiritual dimensions of the cycle, we start with the physical foundation. This module is about Body Literacy ie. understanding exactly how your hormones & biology drive your daily experience. We move away from seeing the cycle as a "problem" to manage & instead treat it as a biological blueprint that influences your brain, your energy & your mood.
CLASS 1: The 4 Biological Phases
Ever feel like a completely different person from one week to the next? There’s a biological reason for that. We break down the four distinct phases of your cycle ie. Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal & Menstrual. You’ll learn to identify exactly where you are in your cycle so you’re never caught off guard by a sudden dip in energy or a spike in motivation again.
CLASS 2: Hormones & your brain (The Chemistry of Your mood & focus)
you will meet the "big players": Estrogen and Progesterone. We explain how these hormones cross the blood-brain barrier to influence your serotonin & dopamine. You’ll discover why some weeks you feel like a "Powerhouse" & others you feel "Foggy," & how to manage your stress levels & emotional resilience during each shift.
CLASS 3: Nourishment for Hormonal Harmony
Your metabolism actually changes speed depending on your phase. In this class, we look at how to eat to support your hormones rather than disrupt them. We’ll cover how to reduce cravings, which nutrients your body "burns" faster during your period & how to keep your blood sugar stable so your energy doesn't crash.
CLASS 4: Movement that works with you
Stop forcing a high-intensity workout when your body is screaming for a nap. We’ll teach you how to align your exercise! from heavy lifting and cardio to restorative stretching, with your natural physical capacity. Learn how to build a stronger body by training with your hormones, not against them.
CLASS 5: Productivity, work & rest
Modern society is built on a 24-hour clock, but your body runs on a 28-day rhythm. We explore how to strategically plan your life: use your high-energy windows for big meetings & deadlines + learn how to protect your time for deep, restorative rest when your body requires recovery. Part 2: SPIRITUAL side of your Menstrual cycle
This is a 4-Class Foundation Module. It is the result of years of personal observation! a transition from simply "knowing" the science to actually "feeling" the rhythm. In this part of the journey, we move beyond the physical to explore the symbolic & energetic forces at play within us. We dive into the ancient archetypes that shift with our moods, the pull of the moon on our blood & the creative potential that is released when we finally stop fighting our natural flow.
CLASS 1 - The Goddess Archetypes of the Inner Seasons
Every phase of your cycle carries a specific feminine energy. We identify the "Goddess" active within you each week. From the visionary energy ie. Saraswati Archetype of your inner spring (Follicular Phase) to the deep, intuitive authority ie. Dhumavati Archetype of your inner winter (Menstrual Phase). You will learn how to partner with these archetypes to navigate your month with more grace & less resistance. We will meet Kali, Parvati, Durga, Lakshmi, Tripura Sundari & many more feminine archetypes through your cycle.
CLASS 2 - Lunar Syncing: The Moon & your blood
We look at the profound connection between the lunar phases & your internal rhythm. You’ll explore what it reflects when you bleed with the New Moon (The White Moon Cycle) versus the Full Moon (The Red Moon Cycle) & how these different timings influence your focus on personal healing versus outward contribution.
CLASS 3 - The Art of Manifestation & Healing
Your cycle is a natural engine for growth, yet modern life demands we stay "on" 24/7. In this session, we map out how to use your high-energy "Outward" phases to initiate projects and manifest goals when your inner sun is brightest, while reframing your low-energy "Inward" phases as essential periods for deep emotional clearing and cellular healing. You will learn that "doing nothing" is often the most productive work you can do for your nervous system. By balancing your "Light Work" ie. the expansion & visibility of your follicular & ovulatory weeks with the necessary "Dark Work" of your pre-menstrual & bleeding days, you stop living a forced, linear life. Instead, you learn to process your shadows & release what no longer serves you, allowing you to manifest from a place of rested power rather than burnout.
CLASS 4 - Personal Bleeding rituals & practices
We transition from theory to practice by creating your own "Bleeding Toolkit," moving the work off the page & into your daily life. This session is about crafting simple, grounded rituals that honor your body’s specific needs, transforming your period from a physical chore into a sacred window of reconnection. Rather than just "getting through" your bleed, you will learn how to hold space for yourself. By building some personalized practices, you bridge the gap between biological necessity & spiritual renewal, turning your most sensitive days into your most powerful source of clarity & rest.
