Deepening the connection to the self.
Duration: 4 Days, 3 Nights
Location: A village near Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga
These themed base retreats are dedicated to the many layers of being a woman. From exploring goddess archetypes & menstrual cycle awareness to releasing guilt & building self-trust, we create a safe "village" for healing.
The experience is designed as a deep dive into both guided sessions and quiet, internal practices. We balance this inner work with the raw beauty of the outdoors, from adventurous jungle treks to the simple, grounding act of cooking over an open chulha. Whether you are stargazing under a clear sky, swimming in natural waters, or visiting the sacred Jyotirlinga temple, every moment is an invitation to reconnect. It is, above all, a dedicated space to rest, play & begin the vital process of unlearning. Retreats dates will be announced at Instagram: @Savetheunity

Location: A village near Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga
The core of this retreat is the balance of masculine & feminine energies, both within yourself & your relationship. While every couple arrives with unique intentions, we focus on returning to a state of harmony & creative synergy.
The experience is built around relational practices that are naturally integrated into our explorations of the wild. By stepping into unscripted time in nature, you are given the rare chance to reconnect with your partner away from the noise & distractions of daily life. From the shared physical rhythm of trekking through the forest to the deep stillness of quiet moments under the stars, every ritual we share is designed to bring you closer. Through movement & presence, we create a supportive environment where you can truly strengthen the foundation of your partnership. Retreats dates will be annouched at Instagram: @Savetheunity
A day for your personal reset.
Duration: 1 Day
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (our Home)
A Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or simply when you feel the need to pause. These one-day immersions are curated entirely around your personal intentions. Whether you come solo, as a couple or with friends, we hold space for your specific needs.
Our retreats are designed as a soft place to lean in, a space where you can step out of the "hustle & bustle" of daily life to relax, reset & remember what nourishes your soul. While we gather in beautiful settings, the real work happens internally. Through creative exercises that calm the nervous system & gentle rituals rooted in nature, we help you build a toolkit for inner peace that you can take home with you. It’s about more than just a weekend away; as one of our participants, Pranjal Sawant shared, the experience "taught me how to retreat to my inner world without even physically going on a retreat somewhere."
We believe that movement & stillness are two sides of the same coin. During our time together, we use dancing as a body awareness practice, allowing the music to guide us back into our physical selves & turn our intentions into living manifestation rituals. This physical release is balanced by guided meditations & quiet moments of flower art creation, where we work with the textures & scents of the earth to ground our energy. These practices aren't about being a "good" dancer or artist; they are about sharing, talking & finding a safe rhythm with others who are on the same journey of self-discovery.
One of the most transformative practices we explore is the power of the written word. We use letter-writing, ofc as a way of communication but also as a deep release for the heart. Whether it’s venting frustrations or practicing self-compassion, these exercises create the space needed to understand our feelings before we respond to the world. One participant named Tejal found this particularly life-changing, noting, "Whenever I feel sad or alone I read that letter I wrote to myself on the retreat & it makes me smile... I learned that I do not need anyone to write letters to me, I can write a letter to myself & it makes me equally happy!"
There is also a special kind of medicine found in collective creativity. We often spend time painting or creating art in coordination with one another, letting our collective energy flow like a river. Whether we are sitting on a terrace in the chill wind or in a circle as the sun sets, these moments become etched in the mind as rare, serene memories. Rituja Yadav, who joined our weekend retreat, remembered her favorite part as "when we all sat together in a circle with birds chirping, the sun setting in background & painted with co-ordination to one another. It was my first time to paint on a canvas."
Ultimately, these retreats are for anyone willing to help themselves grow & know themselves better. By balancing masculine & feminine energies & working alongside a group where everyone is dedicated to their own healing, the energy becomes truly "something else." If you are looking to understand your thoughts, likes & dislikes more clearly, or if you simply need to unwind, this space is for you. As another guest Shruti Rasaily beautifully put it, the retreat "made me aware of some of my thoughts that I didn't know I had... & made me understand what nourishes my soul."
