About this workshop:
This is a 5-part workshop designed to help you understand how different phases of the moon affect your emotions, desires, energy levels & relationship with manifestation.
Instead of treating manifestation as a process of endlessly chasing results, you will learn how to move in harmony with natural cycles so that creation begins to feel safe, enjoyable, and nourishing.
Through each lunar phase, you will explore when to release emotional baggage, when to set intentions, when to take action & when to simply trust the process.
Using simple practices, creative exercises & the elements of nature around you, this workshop helps you make manifestation feel less like pressure & more like an experiment in learning how life naturally wants to move through you.

DARK MOON : Releasing & Rest
The Dark Moon is the quietest point of the cycle, a time when the sky is empty & the energy is low. This phase is dedicated to turning inward & identifying the emotional "clutter" that has become a burden. It is the ideal time to acknowledge fatigue & consciously let go of old beliefs or heavy emotions that no longer serve you. By allowing yourself to rest & clear this space, you create the necessary vacuum for new growth to eventually take root.
NEW MOON : Setting Gentle Intentions.
As the first sliver of light appears, the energy shifts toward beginnings. Instead of forceful Goal-setting, the New Moon encourages planting clear, gentle intentions. This is about whispering what you desire into the fertile ground of the new cycle. It is a contemplative phase where you define what you want to invite into your life, focusing on the "seeds" of peace, confidence, or any inner state you wish to cultivate in the coming weeks.
WAXING MOON : Building Momentum.
As the moon grows in size, so does the requirement for action & commitment. The Waxing phase is about strengthening your belief in your own intentions. It involves developing the discipline & inner support systems needed to keep moving forward. During this time, you focus on the "doing" ie. taking the small, practical steps that turn a gentle intention into a lived reality, while staying anchored in your self-worth.
FULL MOON : Expansion & Gratitude.
The Full Moon is the peak of the cycle, a time of high energy & total visibility. This phase is for celebrating how far you’ve come & practicing deep gratitude for what is currently manifesting. It is also a period of heightened emotional awareness; the bright light of the moon often brings hidden feelings to the surface. By embracing this expansion, you can see your progress clearly & feel the fullness of your emotional journey.
WANING MOON : Healing & Integration.
As the moon begins to shrink, the focus shifts to processing the experiences of the past cycle. The Waning phase is for healing, forgiveness & integration ie. taking the lessons you’ve learned & folding them into your daily life. It is a time to tie up loose ends, offer yourself grace for any shortcomings & begin the process of softening as you prepare to return to the stillness of the Dark Moon.
